Avocado Surprise -Toasted Sprouted Sesame bread with shredded carrots, avocado, slice red pepper on romaine lettuce with vegan mayo.

Main Course

Vegan Chili - Kidney beans, tomatoes, corn, garlic and onions, stewed all day in the crock pot with our special chili recipe.
Green Life Smoothie -This smoothie is made with spinach, green tea, bananas, pea protein and almond milk. It is a great start to the day or a punch of energy in the mid afternoon.

Breakfast Starts the Day

Kenny's Oatmeal Supreme -This is made with rolled organic oats, raisins, pumpkins seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and topped with your favorite fruit and almond milk.

Traditional Lentil Mujadra | Lentils & Rice-  A hearty dish of lentils and basmati rice with herbs and spices
Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Quinoa Sweet organic yams baked and stuffed with quinoa and kale with almonds and dried cranberries.
The Ultimate Veggie Burger -  A black bean vegan burger with organic tomatoes, avocado, romaine lettuce, radish sprouts and topped with a vegan mayo barbecue sauce on a whole grain burger bun.
The Super Salad-  spring Mix greens which include, arugula, spinach, dandelion, romaine lettuce swiss chard and other seasonal greens, mixed with tofu, apple, kidney beans, sweet peas, shredded carrots, squash and zuchinni, and topped with pumpkin and sunflower seeds tossed in your favorite dressing. Honey mustard is my favorite.
The Pita Garden - Hummus, brocolli sprouts and shredded carrot, fresh tomatoes, inside warm pita.
Blue Berry Smoothie -This smoothie is made with one frozen banana, a handbull of blueberries. This drink is high in Vitamin C and and other important antioxidants.
The Apple on the Go - Slices of  Granny Smith, Gala and pink lady apples.
The Turmeric Latte - This hot drink is made with turmeric, honey, cinnamon, cardomon, ginger and almond and is high in anti-inflammatory properties and anti-oxidants.
Watermelon Fresca - This is a refreshing drink made with watermelon limes and ice cubes. A good drink for hydrating on hot summer days.
Zucchini Pasta with Basil Hemp Pesto - Spiralized zuchini with hemp seed basil pesto sauce.
